P.E. We will start a fitness

unit this week using fitness stations. The stations will include ladders, jump rope, hurdles, and muscular endurance.

 

 

Health: 5th graders will start a unit dealing with the muscles and bones.

2nd graders will start a unit delaing with healthy food choices.

Welcome to Buford Academy. I am looking forward to the upcoming 2010-2011 school year. I am entering my 6th year at Buford Academy. I coach Middle School Girls basketball,Fast Pitch Softball and Baseball at the High School.
