According to State Law, the school must have a complete Immunization Record (GA 3231 Form) and Hearing, Vision & Dental Record (GA 3300 Form) for your child to remain in school. Also, all immunizations must be kept up-to-date and the school must have the most updated copy on file for your child to remain in school.

Hello Parents! I am Nurse Kim, the school nurse for Buford Elementary School. I am so happy to be here at BES and am excited to share in the care of your child.  Your child’s health and well being are my top priority! By working together with teachers, parents and the kids, I feel we can bring forth the most exceptional learning experience for the students.
