Kindergarten Registration Dates for FY 2011-2012
Spring
April 28, 2011 (10:00am - 2:30pm)
May 3, 2011 - (4:00pm - 7:00pm)Summer

The following must accompany the parent/guardian at registration:
1. The child must be 5 years old on or before September 1st.
2. Birth Certificates that state the mother and father.
3. Proof of residency - must live within the City limits of Buford.
If you own your home - a copy of your City of Buford Utility bill is required.
If you rent - a current copy of your lease/rental agreement and City of Buford Utility bill is required.
If you live with someone - a notarized residency affidavit is required.
(The school will have this form)
4. Social Security card for the child / a waiver can be signed if needed at registration.
5. Child custody papers if applicable.
6. Georgia Immunization form 3231.
7. Vision/Hearing/Dental screening form from doctor/health department.
NOTE: We will NOT be screening vision/hearing this year.
8. Most importantly, the child should attend so that an educational screening can be administered.
