However, if you would like for your child to be placed on our waiting list, please follow the instructions below.
(2nd, 4th & 5th Grades are FULL. 3rd still has a few openings!)

Application process:
1. Download the Guidelines sheet and KEEP IT. Please read this sheet completely as it has information relating to our requirements of our students for participation (grades and behavior), uniform, concert dates, and much more that parents will need to know.
2. Download the MAP for student pick-ups after rehearsals and KEEP IT. If your child is already signed up for Wolfpack, your child will be sent there at the end of rehearsal. Otherwise, you will need to pick your child up on his/her Chorus day at 4:15 p.m. at the GREEN gym.
3. Download the Application. This sheet will be the information you fill out about your child for us. Please fill it out completely, SIGN the Application and send it in NOW.
Please make sure that the application is signed by (1) the student and (2) the parent BEFORE it is turned in to your child's homeroom teacher. The teacher will then sign it and turn it in to Mr. Lenz. Applications without signatures will be returned to you.
VERY IMPORTANT.....
*** Any application turned in AFTER the grade level maximum (75) will be placed on a waiting list. (Unfortunately, due to limited facilities and resources, we will be limiting membership to 75 members per grade level.) You will be notified as to your child's status as soon as we are able to process the application. Students placed on the waiting list will be accepted as soon as space becomes available.
