Students who have been sent home should receive prompt treatment for lice/nits and return to school the following day.  Any absences due to head lice/nits are unexcused.  When returning to school they must be brought in by an adult to the front office, they cannot ride the bus until cleared by the school nurse.  If child is found lice/nit free they will be returned to their regular school day and be allowed to participate in all school activities including riding the bus.
