Welcome to Coach May's Strength and Conditioning Program...This course will enable students to build muscle strength as well as cardiovascular endurance. Proper weight lifting techniques will be incorporated as well as means for self improvement!

Education and Career:

After graduating in 1978 at Central Gwinnett High School in Lawrenceville, I continued my education and football career at Delta State University in Cleveland, Ms. Upon graduation, I returned to Central Gwinnett High School as a math/P.E. teacher and football coach from 1985-1996. Next, I worked at Dacula High School as a Defensive Coordinator/P.E. teacher from 1996-2003. Then, for one year, I taught/coached at Brookwood High School. Presently, at Buford High School, I am the strength and conditioning teacher and defensive coordinator. I furthered my education by receiving a master's degree in education.
