 Fitness pretests and quarter 1 post tests are complete.Students have been tested in pushups,situps,box jumps,leapfrogs,jumprope,

pacers, 40 yd. run,and had height and weight measured

Daily lessons are posted under course information .Next year Buford City Schools will be moving to the Fitnessgram as the fitness measurement instrument. More details later.
