3:00 PM        Warm-up and run through in band room

*3:30 PM      Depart BMS on School bus

*4:45 PM      Arrive at East Jackson Comprehensive High School

*5:00 PM      Light dinner

6:00 PM        Warm-Up on stage

6:30 PM        Stage Performance

7:00 PM        Sight-reading

7:30 PM        Depart EJCHS for BMS

8:30 PM        Arrive at BMS

8:45 PM        Dismissal

* These times are somewhat tentative.  We hope to arrive at at East Jackson High School in time to hear other bands.
